If you see the “Incorrect password” message on your screen, please try to restore your password using the suggestions below.
Note: this error can be caused by a problem with your 2FA codes. Read this article to learn what problems can be expected: 2FA codes are not working.
How to reset my password
If you wish to restore your password, please open the password recovery page first and proceed as follows:
● Enter the email address of your Changelly PRO account.
● Enter the captcha code. If captcha checkbox is not visible, please make sure that Google services are allowed in your country.
● Open a password recovery email with a link. If you cannot find the letter, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.
● Click the link, create and confirm a new password.
● If the procedure is successful, we will notify you.
● Please feel free to log in using the new info.
Please make sure that the Caps Lock key is not on by mistake while you are setting up a new password.
Note: You will not be able to withdraw funds for another 72 hours after changing the password (in case the password change was requested by a potential intruder).
